Export all app data
In Activity / Ngā mahi, tap Export all for Excel. The app exports Transactions, Bills, Goals and Important Dates.
Unplanned Spend is already inside Transactions. Do not create a separate unplanned-spend import.

Transactions → Excel
- Open Transactions CSV.
- Copy the data rows only — not the heading row.
- Paste at the first empty light-coloured cell in Excel column A.

Copy Bills CSV data rows and paste at the first empty row in the Bills sheet.

Check the automatic views
After importing the four source sheets, check Dashboard, Analytics and Weekly Calendar. Do not paste data into those views.
Weekly Calendar is read-only. Correct the source record in Transactions, Bills, Goals or Important Dates if something is wrong.

Prevent duplicate imports
The export contains the records stored in the app. Before later imports, check whether those IDs are already in Excel.
Do not repeatedly append the same full export. During the trial, transfer small batches and verify each one.
